Reset Your HP Account Password

Go to the HP Sign-In Page:

  • Open your web browser and go to the HP Sign-In page.

Click on "Forgot your username or password?":

  • This link is usually found below the password field on the sign-in page.

Enter Your Email Address:

  • Enter the email address associated with your HP account and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Check Your Email:

  • Open the email from HP and click on the password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Sign In with New Password:

  • Return to the HP Sign-In page and log in with your email and new password.

Ensure Correct Email and Password

  • Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password.
  • Ensure that the Caps Lock key is not enabled, as passwords are case-sensitive.

Use a Different Browser or Clear Browser Cache

    2. Set Up Your Printer:
      • Open the HP Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
    3. Scan Documents:
      • Once your printer is added, you can use the "Scan" feature in the app to scan documents directly to your computer.
